Second Harvest Food Bank, in partnership with United Way of Acadiana and the University of Louisiana will be holding another food distribution event at Cajun Field today (Fri, July 17) from 10:00 am 12:00 pm.

If you are in need, fresh produce, protein, and other essential items will be available through a contact-free drive-up service. No registration is needed.

This is the fourth food distribution event held by Second Harvest Food Bank since the pandemic began.

“Anyone who needs assistance can attend, and we anticipate having enough food for between 1,000 and 1,300 families,” Gretchen LaCombe Vanicor, director of UL Lafayette’s Office of Sustainability said.
