Frog Thief Booked

This goes under the category of "only in Louisiana". Three teenagers in Hahnville, La  who were frogging in the Luling canal were held up at gunpoint and told to hand over whatever they had. The thief claimed to be with the Wildlife and Fisheries Dept, and he quickly left with the booty...frogs. Police arrested 22 year old Ryan Tusa from Boutte for the crime. I rest my case.
