Country music superstar Garth Brooks performed 'Amazing Grace' following President Joe Biden's inaugural speech.

During the performance, the music icon asked everyone to participate in completing the song's last verse as a symbol of uniting America.

Leading up to the inauguration, some Brooks' fans who are also supporters of President Trump were upset with his decision to perform at the ceremony but Brooks insisted on performing because he believed the opportunity to perform was "a chance to serve" and "not a political statement, a statement of unity."

I might be the only Republican at this place, but it's about reaching across and loving one another

Brooks also added that he is "so tired of being divided" and truly believes Biden is "hellbent on making things good."
