Good Friday Prayer Parade May Cause Traffic Delays Around Lafayette
In acknowledgement of Good Friday, a prayer parade is going on in Lafayette. The parade will go throughout Lafayette, so drivers could experience delays along the route.

According to the above report from KATC-TV3, the Iglesia Nuevo Comienzo Church which is located on Cameron Street. That is where the parade will begin and as church and community members traverse the parade route, they will observe the stations of the cross.
The conclusion of the parade will begin around 3:15 PM in Downtown Lafayette at Parc International. KATC's report says that praise and worship will follow at 4:00 PM.
