After months of speculation and discussion in the Acadiana community, The Grand 16 will reopen on Thursday, November 19.

Lafayette City - Parish President Joey Durel purchased the first ticket and reports that 'everything inside' is new, according to KATC.

The Grand 16 has been closed since the July 23rd shooting, which left Jillian Johnson and Maycie Breaux dead and nine others wounded.
