“History Of U.S. Food” Opens At National Archives In Washington DC

Anybody who lives in south Louisiana ought to be interested in this! The National Archives will open their new exhibit "The History of  US Food" tommorow in Washington DC. Not only does it give us origins of regional favorites....like Cajun food, but shares presidential favorites, recipes and menus. Who knew that President Clinton was allergic to chocolate?? Poor guy.
