Iconic TV Mom Florence Henderson Dies
It's true she will be remembered most for being the matriarch of The Brady Bunch, Henderson was a multi-faceted performer. Her 50 year plus career included stops on Broadway where she starred in shows such as The Sound of Music, Oklahoma! and The King and I. She was 18 when she made her New York Theatre debut.
In recent years Henderson has been in the spotlight for her appearance on Dancing With The Stars. That was back in 2010 but fans of the ABC show might recall seeing Florence make an appearance during this year's performances. She appeared as her iconic character, Carol Brady.
