Three Lafayette High Schools Rank in Top-20 of Best Schools

Cue up the applause sound effect for three Lafayette high schools.

The Lafayette Parish School System announced on their social media page that three Lafayette high schools ranked in the Top-20 of all high schools in the state of Louisiana.

Schools were graded on various criteria such as college readiness, graduation rate, and other assessment performances.

Well, we are glad to share the good news with you that Lafayette High, David Thibodeaux STEM Magnet Academy, and Early College Academy all ranked in the Top-20 best high schools in the state.

This is such a great accomplishment for students, staff, and support personnel. It truly takes a team effort to reach such great success and everyone on the campuses of these Lafayette schools should be applauded for their success and efforts.

Out of 369 high schools across the state, the three schools mentioned above scored well enough to place them amongst the best in Louisiana, according to US News and World Report.

Again, congratulations to the students, staff, parents, and all who play such a vital role in the success of these Lafayette high schools.
