Jelly Roll at the Cajundome: What You Need to Know Before You Go

The wait is nearly over as Jelly Roll is bringing his "The Beautifully Broken Tour" to the Cajundome in Lafayette, Louisiana this Friday, September 13, 2024.

The show will feature special guests Warren Zeiders and Alexandra Kay.

The concert is very close to being sold out so it will be a packed house and a grand time.

But, before you head out to the Cajundome for the night, you should know a few things before you go.

SHOW INFORMATION

The Table Room opens at 5:00 pm. Arena doors are scheduled to open at 6:00 pm.

The show starts at 7:00 pm

SUNSET PATIO PARTY

This is something new, it's a pre-show party located at the West Gate Fan Zone Entrance (west side of the Cajundome between the ramps).

It starts at 5:00 pm for concert guests. Join 97.3 The Dawg for this Sunset Patio Party with live entertainment from Adam Leger.

There will be portable bars set up for guests to purchase drinks.

TICKET INFORMATION

A few good seats are still available on Ticketmaster.com or at the Cajundome Box Office.

This is a Ticketmaster SafeTix Event. Screenshots and printouts will not be accepted for this event. As you arrive at the Cajundome, you will need to display your tickets on your mobile phone. It is recommended that you use the Ticketmaster app for the easiest and fastest option.

CLEAR BAG POLICY

Each ticket holder, including children, may carry one approved clear bag. The following bags will be permitted inside the Cajundome and are subject to search.

• Gallon-size clear plastic storage bag
• Clear bag equal to or smaller than 12" x 12" x 6"
• A clutch or purse smaller than 6.5" x 4.5"
• Equipment bag for necessary medical items
• Diaper bag for age-appropriate children accompanied by an adult

Prohibited bags include, but are not limited to: large purses, duffle bags, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, mesh bags, or any bag larger than the permissible sizes mentioned above. Tinted or printed-pattern plastic bags are not clear, so they will not be permitted.

 PARKING

Free parking is available at Congress Street Gate 8 entrance with overflow parking at Cajun Field, Gates 4 & 5.

Reserved parking for Cajundome parking pass holders at Gate 12.

Limited handicap-accessible parking is also available at Gate 12 or Gate 8. Have your valid accessible parking tag displayed ahead of arrival.

Drop-offs and Ride Share (Uber/Lyft) are encouraged. Drop off at Gate 12 or at the Cajun Field Pedestrian Tunnel entrance.

ENTRY LOCATIONS

Signage is in place to direct fans through the front canopy archways based on their ticket location and/or Express Lane option (no bags).

All guests can also enter the Cajundome via the West ramp entrance. Guests with second-level seating are highly encouraged to enter through the West ramp entrance.

Signage is in place to designate accessible entry points, which can be found at the West side front lobby, East side front lobby, and West side ramp entry.

CONCESSIONS & MOBILE ORDERING

Concessions accept cash, card, and Google/Apple Pay. Mobile ordering is now available at select concession stand locations.
