Justin Moore’s family will soon have a new addition, but one of the Moores is not on board with having any other females in the house. Moore’s oldest daughter Ella says she won’t hear of it.

"Ella said, 'If it’s a girl I won’t never talk to it, I won’t claim it, I won’t never hold it, I don’t even want to see it.’” Moore told his label, Big Machine. His wife tried to reason with her.

"So Kate was going, ‘Well, it very well may be a girl. You’re a girl. What if we’d have thought that about you?’ And she said, ‘I don’t care, I don’t want another one. We’ve got enough," he says with a laugh. "Needless to say, she wants a little brother."

The Moores have three girls aged 6 and under, so they certainly have a lot of estrogen to contend with already. Kennedy, 4, has voted boy as well, whereas Klein, 2, is just excited about a baby growing in her mommy’s tummy, Moore says.

As for Dad, he says he’s totally fine with another girl — seeing as the other three already have him wrapped around their fingers — but that a boy would be fun, too. He just wants to know either way. Kate is on Team Boy all the way, though — and wants it to be a surprise.

“I was done with three girls. I was happy with my girls but my wife wants a boy so bad she can’t stand it. She worked on me for about a year. She finally got me drunk and took advantage of me,” he said with a laugh.

Moore is out on the road right now with Lee Brice on his American Made tour, promoting his new single “Somebody Else Will."
