Kenny Rogers Abandoned Mansion

The mansion was built in 1990 near Atlanta, Georgia, Kenny Rogers called this 15,000-square-foot place home until 2006.

And, what a palace it is, or was.

We'll get to that in a minute.

The property boasts "6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a 4 car garage and full basement with a bar, state of the art gym and much more" according to BigBankz.

According to sources, Kenny Rogers sold this palatial estate for 8.5 million in 2006 to a family from Nigeria.

The family ran multiple dermatology clinics in several states.

However, reportedly the family found themselves in financial trouble, apparently racking up over $6 million in back taxes in 2018.

Since then, the mansion has been largely empty except for the occasional music video shoot and corporate parties.

Neighbors have put an end to all of that recently.

From country1025.com -

"The mansion has become an eyesore to the neighbors; the property has weeds that have grown to be over 7 feet tall. The landscape has been neglected and the in-ground pool is full of algae."

Below is just 1/3 of the walk-in closet. It's the size of most apartments.
