Kiwanis Football Jamboree Is Here!

Time to play some football! The 61st annual Kiwanis Club Football Jamboree will feature nine of Acadiana's most successful programs and will provide fans with the opportunity to see at least one rare match up.

Acadiana, Breaux Bridge, Carencro, Cecilia, Jennings, Notre Dame, St. Martinville, St. Thomas More and Teurlings Catholic — all state playoff teams in their respective classes last fall — will headline the schedule for the two-day event.

The Jamboree kicks off on Thursday, August 23, 2012, at 6:00 P.M. and Friday, August 24, 2012, at 6:00 P.M. at Cajun Field. It is $10 per person a day with no re-entry to get into the Jamboree. This is the Kiwanis main fundraiser of the year and 100% of the proceeds will go to the Lafayette Kiwanis Service Projects for children of the Acadiana area.
