Lafayette Law Firm Offering Free Bikes & Helmets for Kids
When you think of attorneys you don't usually think warm and fuzzy thoughts. That's because attorneys are usually hired to be anything but warm and everything but fuzzy. In order to win a case in a court of law, you have to be clear and concise which is what the team at the Lafayette law firm of Laborde Earles Injury Lawyers is known for. They're also known for their efforts to give back to the community.
Laborde and Earles has announced their sixth annual "Bike it Forward" event. The fun actually takes place in May but to be a part of it, some action will be required on your part before April 29th. "Bike it Forward" is an event that allows parents and guardians to register online for a chance to earn a free bicycle and helmet for a youngster of their choosing.
The registration for the bicycle giveaway is April 29th. The reason for that deadline before the actual "Bike it Forward" event on May 14th is so that kids will have a chance to get their new bikes before the event. If you'd like to nominate a child or make an application on behalf of a child you may do so via this link. It takes you to the Laborde Earles Law Firm site and the registration page.
The Bike it Forward event itself will be held at the Lafayette Offices of Laborde Earles. Those offices are located at 1901 Kaliste Saloom Road. Activities on May 14th will begin at 9 am and will last until 11 am. There will be music and food for participants and guests. Plus those with their bikes will have the chance to navigate a special obstacle course.
