
7 Brew Is Getting a Second Location in Lafayette, an Indoor Golf Venue Is Opening, and Victor’s Cafeteria Is Back
LAFAYETTE, La. - Another day and another round of news regarding businesses in the Acadiana area. We've got details on a new indoor golf venue, another location of a popular coffee shop, and the return of a breakfast hotspot.
Second 7 Brew Coffee Location Coming to 3200 Ambassador Caffery in Lafayette
Let's start in Lafayette with some information about a second location of 7 Brew, a drive-thru coffee shop. According to The Acadiana Advocate, it's coming to 3200 Ambassador Caffery Parkway at the corner of Inez Lane.
According to a building permit, the work on the site is valued at $1.5 million. Work has already begun at the site.
Tennessee-based commercial builder Hutton closed on the purchase of the half-acre site last week. Hutton has been contracted by 7 Brew to build several sites across Louisiana.

Lafayette's first 7 Brew Coffee is located at 4308 Ambassador Caffery Parkway. It opened on October 13, 2025. There is no timeline yet as to when the second location will open.
Back Nine Indoor Golf Simulator Coming to The Park Shopping Center This Summer
The next new business coming to town is Back Nine, a national indoor golf simulator concept. According to Developing Lafayette, it'll be located at 3809 Ambassador Caffery Parkway, Suite 133-C, in The Park Shopping Center in Lafayette.

Back Nine will bring a 24/7 indoor golf experience with their advanced golf simulator technology, allowing golfers to practice, play, and compete regardless of weather conditions. It operates as a membership-based facility, and members do not have to book tee times.
Currently, there are more than 100 locations of Back Nine Golf across the United States, with many more sold and currently under development. There are five locations in Louisiana open right now, including Baton Rouge, Shreveport, Alexandria, West Monroe, and Gonzales.
Construction is still going on at the new Lafayette location. The owners are eyeing a July opening. Follow their Facebook page for the latest updates.
Victor's Cafeteria Reopens in New Iberia After Two-Year Closure
In New Iberia, fans of Victor's Cafeteria are excited to be able to step into that eatery after it was closed for the last two years. The beloved breakfast eatery held a grand reopening on Wednesday, June 3, at their location at 109 West Main Street.
Victor's is a Cajun, cafeteria-style restaurant that serves up home-style cooking. It's now open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 11 a.m., seven days a week, until further notice.
