Our friends at smartmoney.com have designated 3 cities in the great state of Louisiana as the best places to retire, and Lafayette is on the list! New Orleans and Natchitoches are also in the mix, for a variety of reasons. (FYI-we aslready KNOW the reasons people want to live here!)
