LEGO Convention Coming to Lafayette This July

LAFAYETTE, La. - A massive LEGO fan event is heading to Lafayette this summer, and it’s about to turn Blackham Coliseum into a brick-building paradise for kids, collectors, and LEGO lovers of all ages.

If you’ve got a LEGO-obsessed kid in your house, or let’s be honest, if you are the LEGO-obsessed kid in your house, this could easily become one of the biggest family events of the summer in Lafayette.

LEGO Convention Coming To Lafayette This July

The BRICK CONVENTION LEGO Fan Expo will take over Blackham Coliseum in Lafayette on Saturday, July 18 and Sunday, July 19, 2026. Organizers say the event will feature interactive exhibits, professional LEGO artists, building zones, rare displays, vendors, and activities for all ages.

The convention travels across the country each year and is expected to draw LEGO fans from across Louisiana and the Gulf South.
