Fans Send Well Wishes to Little Jimmy Dickens

Our favorite Grand Ole Opry star, Little Jimmy Dickens, received a boat load of well wishes from fans over the 4th of July weekend, and he is one grateful star! Upon seeing the baskets of cards and letters, Dickens said “If those are bills, you can keep ‘em, If they’re royalty checks or cards from the best fans in the world, I couldn’t be more excited or appreciative.”

Little Jimmy, a member of the Country Music Hall of Fame, has been undergoing radiation treatments on his vocal chords for a pre-cancerous condition.
