‘Little Ladies Society’ Gathers Donations for Laura Recovery
One local non-profit had a drive for victims of Hurricane Laura, and a local business came through in a big way.
Little Ladies Society asked for donations to help in the recovery from Hurricane Laura, and Coozan's Mudbugs of Delcambre showed up with loads of donations.
Little Ladies Society is a non-profit organization that consists of six 7 & 8-year-olds who have a passion to help the needy. This organization began at a birthday sleeper over. The girls decided to make homemade signs saying "collecting money for the poor". They raised $135 and donated it to the local women's and children's shelter. That motivated them to begin this journey.
Kudos to the "little ladies" who are making a difference in this world, and to locally-owned businesses like Coozan's who help make it happen.
