Shrimper Raymond Leday was shrimping under I-10 yesterday when he hauled in something pretty strange. He noticed he had caught something that looked like it was half shrimp, half crawfish!

What he caught apparently is called a Cinnamon River Shrimp. Raymond brought the odd find to the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries office in Lake Charles and they identified it as a cinnamon river shrimp, and confirmed it's pretty rare to see them in Louisiana.

This this is strange don't ya think? It's like a perfect mutation between a shrimp and a crawfish.

I wonder what it tastes like?
