The LSU Tigers, despite being idle last week, and still unbeaten fell in this week's Associated Press Top 25 poll, which was released on Sunday.

As a matter of fact, none of the top five in last week's poll lost over the weekend, and yet two dropped a notch, including LSU, as well as Clemson, last week's top team.

LSU fell one spot, from number four last week, to number five this week.

The Tigers, who are 4-0 on the season, return to action on Saturday, when they host Utah St. in a non-conference affair.

Clemson, who survived North Carolina, 21-20, dropped to number two this week, while Alabama, who routed Ole Miss, 59-31, is the new top-ranked team.

Georgia remains in the three-hole this week, while Ohio St. jumps LSU into the number four position, with LSU at number five.

Oklahoma, Auburn, Wisconsin, Notre Dame, and Florida are ranked 6-10, respectively.
