The 17th-ranked LSU Tigers are back in action on Saturday afternoon, when coach Les Miles’ squad travels to Oxford, Mississippi to take on the 25th-ranked Ole Miss Rebels in an SEC match-up.

The game marks the final road game for LSU this season.

LSU, who lost to Arkansas last Saturday, 31-14, is now 7-2, overall, and 4-2 in SEC play.

Offensively, LSU is averaging 33.6 points, 419.3 total yards, 253.0 rushing yards, and 166.3 passing yards per game, while allowing 24.3 points, 342.8 total yards, 133.9 rushing yards, and 209.8 passing yards a contest, defensively.

LSU is led by sophomore running back Leonard Fournette, who has piled up 1,474 rushing yards, including 17 touchdowns, this season.

Ole Miss, who was idle last week, will come into the contest at 7-3, overall, while standing at 4-2 in SEC play.

The Rebels are averaging 40.7 points per game, along with 526.6 yards, including 348.8 passing yards and 177.8 rushing yards, while allowing 23.0 points, 374.0 total yards, including 248.3 passing yards and 125.7 rushing yards.

Ole Miss is paced by junior quarterback Chad Kelly, who has thrown for 3,224 yards and 23 touchdowns.

LSU leads the all-time series, 58-41-4, and has won four of the last five meetings, including a 10-7 win in Baton Rouge last year.

Kickoff time is set for 2:30 pm.
