Fairs, festivals, amusement parks all have a midway. The purpose of that midway is for folks like you and I to test our skill at games of chance. The fact is our chances are that good that we are going to win. What makes it all legal is there really is a way to win.

I have had limited success at knocking down the milk bottles and throwing darts at balloons. The ring toss games are the ones that look the easiest but by far are the most difficult to win, at least to me. This man from Detroit has made a living out of beating the carnival at it's own game.
