Man Captures the Inside of Terrifying Tornado Ripping Through Georgia Golf Course

A viral video shows one Georgia man's perspective from the inside of a tornado that was tearing across a local golf course. The terrifying scene shows trees being torn to shreds as the man took as much cover as possible while being locked out of the clubhouse.

Treacherous weather has been plaguing the southern portion of the United States for weeks now. From Texas, to Louisiana, and now in Georgia - tornadoes have been a very real threat as Spring time sets in.

Of course, we are still thinking about those in New Orleans who continue to pick up the pieces after a massive tornado left a large potion of Arabi in rubble.

Now, a new video of a tornado ripping through Georgia shows exactly what one man witnessed as he was locked out of a golf course clubhouse with minimal cover.

What began as an ominous storm ended with potentially fatal weather conditions at this Georgia golf course. The man capturing footage of what turned out to be a tornado was locked out of the course's clubhouse.

Only an awning separated the man from the treacherous conditions that were surrounding him. As branches and other debris began flying around, it was clear that this tornado was going to cause serious destruction.

At one point, the twister was swirling around so furiously that it became difficult to see more than a few feet in front of where this man was video taping the weather before him.

Many wondered why the man did not find a safe place to take cover while the tornado passed, but his step-daughter cleared things up on social media.

Tornadoes are obviously terrifying. Their ability to appear out of almost nowhere and destroy anything in its path creates tons of warranted concern anytime a tornado warning is issued. Of course, if you do ever find yourself in the middle of a tornado warning - do your best to find cover as far away from the danger as possible.
