New Restaurant Opening Today in Lafayette’s River Ranch

A new restaurant is opening today, Monday, June 3, in Lafayette's River Ranch.

The restaurant is called SoLou and is located in the former Grub Burger Bar location. The address is 1905 Kaliste Saloom Rd., Suite 101.

This will be the second location for SoLou, as their first restaurant is open on Perkins Road in Baton Rouge.

In addition to the new Lafayette location, the owners have announced a new Florida location is in the works.

What kind of fare does SoLou serve?

SoLou offers a lunch and dinner menu filled with comfort food in a chic setting. They also offer wine, beer, and cocktails.

The extensive menu is highlighted with soups & salads, shareables, handhelds, and plates, such as chicken & waffles, steak & frites, shrimp & grits, and much more.

Hours of Operation

SoLou's Lafayette restaurant will be open seven days a week. Here are their hours:

LUNCH & DINNER

• Monday - Thursday -- 11:00 am - 9:00 pm
• Friday -- 11:00 am - 10:00 pm
• Saturday -- 10:00 am - 10:00 pm
• Sunday -- 10:00 am - 9:00 pm

BRUNCH

• Every day -- Open - 3:00 pm
