"Octomom and her 14 kids are entitled to get welfare benefits if she earns less than $119,000 in a calendar year. But there's evidence she made a lot more and still grabbed public assistance money," TMZ reports.

Octomom has been collecting welfare because she claims to be earning less $119,000. What would happen to the 14 kids if she shoes go to prison? Reports are that she faces 3 years in prison if found guilty.
