Parks Cracklin’ Cookoff April 10 and 11

One of the tastiest festivals in Acadiana is coming up on April 10th and 11th in Parks - the annual Cracklin' Cookoff! Great food, entertainment, fun jumps for the kids, a Kajun Iron Horse Poker Run, and of course, the cookoff to see who makes the best cracklins in Acadiana! It all happens at Cecile Rousseau Poche Memorial Park, with fantastic local entertainment both days! Bring the family out for a great time in Parks on April 10th and 11th! The festival this year is dedicated to the memory of Mark Dore.
