It's a messed up world we live in when you spend $20,000 cleaning up your neighborhood, then get threatened with a lawsuit for doing such a good deed.

That is exactly what happened to Philadelphia business owner Ori Feibush who spent his own dough cleaning up an eyesore in his neighborhood. He removed some 40 tons of trash from a lot and also had benches and landscaping put in. The neighbors are ecstatic.

The lot's owner, the Philadelphia Office of Housing and Community Development, not so much. They say that Feibush's actions constitute trespassing and are threatening to sue him!

The suit may actually require him to put all the trash back on the lot!!

Feibush says the authorities don't have a problem with the now beautiful lot, they have a problem with him.
