Rascal Flatts at CAJUNDOME in Lafayette, Louisiana — Know Before You Go

The wait is nearly over as Rascal Flatts is bringing their long-awaited "Life is a Highway" to the Cajundome in Lafayette, Louisiana this Friday, March 28, 2025.

The show will feature special guests Lauren Alaina and Chris Lane.

The concert is very close to being sold out, so it will be a packed house and a grand time.

But, before you head out to the Cajundome for the night, you should know a few things before you go.

SHOW INFORMATION

The South Lobby doors open at 5:30 pm while the Arena doors open at 6:00 pm.

Show time is 7:00 pm.

TICKET INFORMATION

A very small number of seats are still available on Ticketmaster.com or at the Cajundome Box Office.

This is a Ticketmaster SafeTix Event. Screenshots and printouts will not be accepted for this event. As you arrive at the Cajundome, you will need to display your tickets on your mobile phone. It is recommended that you use the Ticketmaster app for the easiest and fastest option.

CLEAR BAG POLICY

Each ticket holder, including children, may carry one approved clear bag. The following bags will be permitted inside the Cajundome and are subject to search.

• Gallon-size clear plastic storage bag
• Clear bag equal to or smaller than 12" x 12" x 6"
• A clutch or purse smaller than 5" x 7"
• Equipment bag for necessary medical items
• Diaper bag for age-appropriate children accompanied by an adult

Prohibited bags include, but are not limited to: large purses, duffle bags, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, mesh bags, or any bag larger than the permissible sizes mentioned above. Tinted or printed-pattern plastic bags are not clear, so they will not be permitted.

 PARKING

Free parking is available at the Congress Street Gate 8 entrance with overflow parking at Cajun Field, Gates 4 & 5. Reserved parking for Cajundome parking pass holders at Gate 12.

Fans parking at Cajun Field should utilize the pedestrian tunnel to cross under Cajundome Blvd.

Limited handicap-accessible parking is also available at Gate 12 off Reinhart Drive. Have your valid accessible parking tag displayed ahead of arrival.

Drop-offs and Ride Share (Uber/Lyft) are encouraged. Drop off at Gate 12 or at the Cajun Field Pedestrian Tunnel entrance.

ENTRANCE LOCATIONS

Table Room entrance opens at 5:00 pm for all ticketed concert guests.

South Lobby doors are scheduled to open at 5:30 pm.

Gate 8 Fan Zone entrance (Located on the West side of the Cajundome between the ramps) opens at 6:00 pm for concert guests.

Arena doors are scheduled to open at approximately 6:00 pm. Show time 7:00 pm.

VIP Package guests should follow the instructions emailed by the VIP Experience Coordinator for arrival time and location.

GEAUX CASHLESS

The Cajundome now operates on a cashless payment system for concerts and events.

Credit and debit cards, prepaid gift cards, and digital wallet "touch to pay" payments will be accepted at concessions, merchandise stands, and the Cajundome Box Office.

IF I ONLY HAVE CASH, HOW WILL I MAKE A PURCHASE?

• Prepaid Visa gift cards will be available to purchase at the Cajundome Box Office from the first level lobby window and/or a designated convention center lobby location, if applicable.
• You may exchange cash for a prepaid Visa gift card in the following amounts: $25, $50 or $100.
• Gift Cards can be used for purchases at the Cajundome & Convention Center or any business where Visa is accepted (subject to business's participation).
