Reba McEntire is about to get back on the road for a huge tour and her first stop in 2022 is the Cajundome in Lafayette on Thursday, October 13, 2022.

Terri Clark will be the special guest opening the show.

Tickets for this concert will go so sale to the general public this Friday, July 15th at 10:00 am through Ticketmaster and the Cajundome Box Office.

There will be a few pre-sales available, including one for Citi Card members starting on Tuesday, July 12, 10:00 am and running through Thursday, July 14 at 10:00 pm.

It's been a while since Reba has played the Cajundome. As a matter of fact, her last appearance in Lafayette was in 2011 as part of her "All The Women I Am" arena tour.

That stop ended up being pretty special. It was actually filmed in its entirety and in March of this year was livestreamed for one night only on YouTube.

And speaking of that show, who can forget this memorable television commercial that some local radio station aired ahead of the show?

Now, when it comes to Reba McEntire, there probably isn't much that we can tell you that you don't know about her, but here are a few facts nonetheless.

"The Queen of Country" has merely sold over 56 million records worldwide. Since the mid-1970s, she's placed over 100 singles on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart, with 25 of them reaching the number one spot.

Reba has also been a dynamic actress for years, having appeared in both films and television. Her television series Reba aired for six seasons.

Oh, one more thing about this concert -- we've got lots of free tickets and the winning starts today! Listen all this week to Bruce & Jude shortly after 8:00 am each day for your chance to score a free pair of tickets.
