Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Hosting Second Annual ‘Trunks and Trucks Pachyderm Picnic’ Wednesday at the Cajundome

This Wednesday, June 25 from 11:30am-2pm, Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey will be hosting the second annual "Trunks and Trucks Pachyderm Picnic" right outside the Cajundome in Lafayette.

It's your chance to bring the family and eat lunch with the majestic Asian elephants, enjoy family-friendly activities, test your circus skills, meet and greet performers, and get photos with the Heroes of the circus. This event is free to the public with lunch from local food trucks and some activities for purchase.

Both 2-legged and 4-legged circus celebrities will be making appearances from 12pm-1pm. The special guests – the Elephants – will be eating lunch (with the community) at approximately 12:30pm.  Bring a lawn chair if you’d like.
