A report that LUS was being sold to a Baton Rouge investment firm rocked social media two weeks ago. But was quickly corrected by Lafayette Mayor-President Joel Robideaux as a management agreement that he was looking into. The side against using an outside company to run LUS has been the loudest and Robideaux is working hard to correct the record from his perspective.

Robideaux joined Acadiana's Morning News for a wide-ranging interview on the LUS deal and the so-called deconsolidation plan being proposed.
