The league has suspended Mark Ingram for the first four games of the 2018 NFL season.

According to NOLA.com, the NFL has suspended Ingram for violating the league's performance-enhancing substances policy.

He will be eligible to return to the active roster on October 1st, which is the day after the Saints week 4 game against the New York Giants.

The league left him eligible to participate in all off-season activities.
