Four days before their home game against the New York Giants, seven members of the New Orleans Saints sat out Wednesday's practice.

Offensive tackle Terron Armstead (knee), offensive lineman Andrus Peat (knee) linebacker Dannell Ellerbe (hip) and linebacker David Hawthorne (hamstring) all sat out with injuries.

Veteran defensive tackle Kevin Williams, wide receiver Marques Colston and guard Jahri Evans all sat out with a rest day.

Cornerback Keenan Lewis (hip) was limited, while cornerback Damian Swann (concussion) practiced fully.

The Saints (3-4) are coming off back to back wins for the first time this season. The Giants (4-3) have won 4 of their last 5 games.
