Update – Scott Police Arrest Man Accused Of Robbing Piggly Wiggly

Update - Monday, April 22: Scott Police Chief Chad Leger says 27-year-old Dustin Carter of Scott has admitted to robbing the Piggly Wiggly on April 18.

Chief Leger says Carter tried to steal 4 cartons of cigarettes from the store, but only made away with 2 cartons, before leaving the store. He was arrested at his place of employment.

Friday, April 19: Scott Police need your help trying to catch a man accused of stealing from the Piggly Wiggly on Cameron Street.

Authorities say a white male (pictured) went into the store, jumped over the counter and began taking items, before getting away. Below is the vehicle police say was used in the robbery.
