Sunset, LA is a beautiful little town with lots of history, and a blossoming art and artisan scene. The inaugural 'Second Saturday in Sunset' will kick off this Saturday, January 11th along the art corridor and throughout downtown. The theme for this event is 'Crawfish Pie, Jambalaya, File Gumbo', and there will be cooking demonstrations, and lots of fun for the whole family! There are many galleries, antique shops, and local restaurants to peruse for treasures, and the best part is that Sunset has been designated as one of the 64 Louisiana Cultural Districts, which means there is no sales tax on original works of art!

'Second Saturday in Sunset' is free and open to the public, and activities will be held from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Call Sunset Rail Stop Flea Market at 337-945-9188 for information.
