Signs Of A Bad Restaurant? Twitter Responds With A Vengeance
Social Media for all its good and bad has proven, at least to me, to get one thing right. That one thing is restaurant reviews. Maybe it's because the bulk of social media filler is pictures of food. Some of that food looks good, some of that food looks as if the dog would turn up his nose at it, regardless when asked what were the #signsofabadrestaurant the Twittersphere erupted and overflowed like a chocolate lava cake.
I am sure you can offer up some more discouraging words. The problem with Lafayette and Acadiana is that we have so many great restaurants the bad ones usually don't stay in business long enough for us to experience them.
I guess when you come from a place where the local restaurant scene is as vibrant as ours you choose not to focus on the bad and tend to stay aligned with the good. Here's to us and our ability to Eat Lafayette and still not get to every great locally owned restaurant.
