SLEMCO’s 82nd Annual Membership Meeting is June 1 [VIDEO]

One of Acadiana's foremost events to kick off summer is happening on Saturday, June 1st this year. The annual SLEMCO Membership Meeting will be held at the Cajundome, and if you get up early, you can come join the fun.

Doors open at 6:00 am, and Geno Delafose and French Rockin' Boogie will perform beginning at 6:30 am. In addition to lots of prizes, 20 scholarships worth $2,000 each will be given out during the event, and free Community Coffee will be served to guests. Vitalant (United Blood Services) will be on hand, making it easy for you to donate, and there will be activities for the whole family.
