St Martin Parish to Launch Dining Campaign Like ‘Eat Lafayette’
'Mange St Martin' will be a fresh new dining campaign which will launch in June of this year. The summer program will feature over 60 locally owned restaurants within the parish, and will also include grocery stores, breweries, and other food related businesses.
According to Cory Bourgeois, who is the chef and owner of Graton Eatery in St. Martinville, this will be a great way to reach more people. As with the 'Eat Lafayette' campaign, some businesses will run discount specials and will offer select menu items to be highlighted.
The 'Mange St Martin' initiative will run from June 1 - September 30. Their goal is to raise awareness of the wonderful locally owned eateries throughout the traditionally slower summer months. A great way to try different cuisines from some of our favorite, or soon to be favorite, dining spots, y'all!
