Sunset Herb and Garden Festival Sat

The 17th annual Sunset Herb and Garden Festival will be held Saturday May 4th from 9-4 on Marie Street, across from the old Sunset High. This is one of my most favorite festivals all year, mainly because they have everything you need to get ready for a beautiful spring in Acadiana!

In addition to all kinds of plants, flowers, herbs and garden accessories, there is great food, and fantastic local arts and crafts booths! The best part is, proceeds benefit Sunset Sertoma Club, St Landry Library, St Jude Children's Research Hospital, St Landry Parish Crimestoppers, and the Susan G Koman Breast Cancer Foundation.

It's a great way to support your local community, and get your home ready for spring!
