It happened to me today. Within 5 minutes of posting my boat for sale, I had just as many Facebook messages asking if the item was available.

Allow this to be another lesson (in the long line of lessons) about the internet: don't always believe what you see, and don't be hasty to post before you verify.

Unfortunately, something that started out as a nice show of support now could lead to a myriad of problems.
