The Pro Football Hall of Fame trimmed down their 2023 nominees to 28 semifinalists today, with a pair of former New Orleans Saints making the cut.

The first list of nominees for the 2023 Pro Football Hall of Fame contains 8 former Saints, and 3 Louisiana Ragin' Cajun alums.

Coach Tony Robichaux has been selected for induction into the Louisiana Sports Hall of Fame as a member of the 2022 class.

These two former Saints had extremely successful careers both while with the Saints and in short stints elsewhere, they're receiving the highest Saints honor.
