Worst Dressed

There were some ... questionable ... choices this year.

The 2016 CMA Awards was one of the best live shows to date, but while were loads of standout ensembles on the red carpet, these stood out for all the wrong reasons.

The 2016 Academy of Country Music Awards were full of fabulously dressed men and women, but these looks were a little too much for our liking. With no disrespect to the artists wearing them, we've picked five outfits that missed the mark at this year's awards show.

If there is one thing I look forward to for award shows, it is the best/worst dressed lists. For the 50th Annual ACM Awards tonight, however, I decided to make my own lists...and add a few more the game.

Men dominate the 2014 ACM Awards Worst Dressed list. Someone needs to work with these guys to make a few adjustments, because each is really not that far away from drifting down the red carpet unnoticed at worst. There is one female star on our list of fashion felons. Four of these five makes one mistake, while one becomes the first person to make both Best and Worst lists.

The artists who make up this gallery of Worst Dressed at the 2013 American Country Awards either took too big of a risk, or didn't try at all. Actually, one even falls blandly in the middle. For the most part, the men and women of country music looked stylish in classic high-roller outfits, but these three stood out for all the wrong reasons.

If you travel the U.S. a bit, you know there are some places where folks dance to the beat of their own drum. I've always thought what makes us different, makes us cool.
