Tax Day Freebies and Deals

Federal Tax Day is today, Monday, April 18th this year, and along with all the headaches, there are also some awesome deals and freebies at businesses around the USA, to take the sting out of the midnight deadline for you to file. Our friends at timesunion.com have some of the best Tax Day Freebies listed, but we can expect more, as we are getting closer to the Monday filing date. Some of my favorites are below.

Chili's Grill & Bar - $5 Presidente Margarita all day

Great American Cookies - Free chocolate chip cookie, no purchase necessary

Hydromassage - free HydroMassage Experience, which is a heated, swirling water bed from April 18-22. Some Planet Fitness gyms feature the service. You’ll need to click here to print a coupon.

IHOP - Kids 12 and under get a free kid's meal, with the purchase of an adult meal, from 4-10 p.m. daily through May 6.

Kona Ice - in honor of National Chill Out Day, Kona Ice trucks will be parked at post offices, tax preparation centers, and businesses around the nation for 'Tax Relief'

Schlotsky's - a free small Original sandwich, with the purchase of a 32 oz drink and a bag of chips

Staples - get 5lbs of paper shredded for free on Monday

National Parks - free entrance all day Monday

Sonic - Half Price Cheeseburgers
