Porta Potty Run Ends Badly At The Preakness [Video]

What would a major sporting event be without drunks and Jackwagons? Well it wouldn't be nearly as interesting to people watch that's for sure. After this happened a few years ago the people at Pimilico Race Course, home of  The Preakness Stakes decided they would limit alcohol sales, I wonder why?
