The annual list of biggest party colleges in the country is out and it's a proud day for the degenerates of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. You guys know how to whoop it up. Go Badgers!

That university just topped the Princeton-Review's annual list of the biggest party schools in America.

The rankings were based on three factors: "Low personal daily study hours outside of class, highest usages of alcohol and drugs on campus, and high popularity on campus for fraternities and sororities."

By the way, officials at the University of Wisconsin have issued a response, as the "top" school always does, denouncing the study and playing up its academics and alcohol education programs.
