The Louisiana Ragin' Cajun baseball team has moved up in one of the latest major college baseball polls.

Louisiana is up one spot, to number 14, in this week's Baseball America Top 25 poll, which was released on Monday.

The Cajuns swept a three-game, weekend, non-conference series from St. Peter's last weekend, to improve to 9-4 on the season.

Louisiana is scheduled to be in action four times this week, traveling to Ruston to take on the Louisiana Tech Bulldogs in a non-conference affair on Wednesday night, while opening up Sun Belt Conference play this weekend, when they play host to the Appalachian St. Mountaineers, Friday-Sunday at Russo Park.

The Louisville Cardinals, who are still unbeaten, at 15-0, is the new top-ranked team this week, followed by the Florida St. Seminoles, TCU Horned Frogs, Oregon St. Beavers, and Florida Gators, at 2-5, respectively.

LSU checks in at number six this week, while Cal State-Fullerton, East Carolina, Clemson, and South Carolina round out the top ten.

Texas Tech, Arizona, North Carolina, Louisiana, and Virginia occupy spots 11-15, with Baylor, Stanford, Ole Miss, St. John's, and Coastal Carolina coming in at 16-20 this week.

Finally, at 21-25, Florida Gulf Coast, Texas A&M, Oklahoma St., Michigan, and Washington are the teams this week.
