Ever dispute something on a bill and then call up customer service to complain? And then 30 minutes later you finally get a real person on the phone, only to wish you had stayed talking to a robotic voice?

This is exactly what happened to the gentlemen in this following recording of his actual phone conversation with a rep (or two) from Verizon Wireless.

The problem is real simple -- he is trying to determine at what rate his data overage is calculated, .002 cents or .002 dollars per kilobyte. The customer service folks apparently don't know math at all and think the two amounts are the same.

Watch and listen as a customer just spins his wheels trying to get an answer.
