Washington DC Tops Alcohol Abusers List

Well, at least this is one list involving alcohol that Louisiana is NOT number one...thank goodness. Maybe all those Senators and Congressmen need a cocktail or two after working so hard to waste our hard earned tax dollars...just sayin'
