Watch These People Struggling To Walk Against A High Wind [Video]

We know the devastation of a tropical system. There are also storms that generate the same kind of power and dish out the same kind of destruction that form in the winter months. This video is from Norway where residents of the southern coast of that country are dealing with damage, power outages and just the general destruction of a storm called Ivar.

Here is video of citizens of Alesund Norway attempting to battle the winds while Christmas shopping. One man was reportedly blown out in the street and was hit by a car. As you can see the winds are very ferocious despite the lack of rainfall.
