Weather Damages Building & Causes Downed Power Lines In Scott

Lafayette Parish Sheriff's deputies are working the intersection of Ambassador Caffery Parkway and Cameron Street after strong winds downed several power lines and damaged a building in the area.

No injuries have been reported, according to our news partners at KATC.

Drivers are asked to avoid the area.
